  • Finalization of design
  • Work Agreement approval
  • Make the second payment (40% of the project value)-Day1
  • Reaches “Good To Go” stage
Execution Phase
  • On-site works start by Day 8
  • Modular Cabinet production – Day 1 to Day 20
  • Delivery of modular cabinets – Day 20
  • Make third payment (45% of the project value)
  • Installation starting
  • First round quality check
  • Finishing work of all units
  • Second round quality check
  • Handover
  • Make the final 5% of the payment
